Ryan is a native of Greenville, SC who has volunteered on political campaigns since 1996. She has a passion for education, history, and social work. She relocated to Richmond in 1999 and has taught history, government, and leadership at a variety of schools in the area. Ryan enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her wife, Ali and their three cats.
