Friday, July 24, 2026 Deadline to register to vote, or update an existing registration and last day for receipt of absentee ballot applications by mail and fax. DEADLINE: 5:00PM

Weekend Office Hours of Operation 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on July 19, 25, 26, and August 1.

Saturday, August 1, 2026 Last day to vote absentee in person at Henrico County Voter Registration and Elections Offices DEADLINE: 5:00 PM

Tuesday, August 4, 2026, Special Election Polls Open: 6:00 AM – Polls Close: 7:00 PM
The Government Centers and Varina Library ARE CLOSED TO VOTING on Election Day.

WHAT IS MY MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT?
At the local level, Henrico County is divided into five magisterial district. Each district is represented by a Board of Supervisors and School Board member. Each district is also broken up into voting precincts.
These precincts each have a separate polling location assigned to them.
