The Henrico Dems once-every-two-years Biennial Committee Reorganization. All memberships expire in the beginning of December. Any new or existing members must join/rejoin to participate in our reorganization process.

About the event
The Henrico County Democratic Committee, will hold an assembled caucus on Monday, December 11, 2023 at 7:30pm at the Western Henrico Government Center (Boardroom) 4305 E. Parham Road,Henrico VA 23228 and virtually via Zoom for the purpose of electing the new membership of the HCDC pursuant to the Democratic Party of Virginia (DPVA) Party Plan. A second assembled caucus will be held on January 8, 2024 at 7:00pm at the Western Henrico Government Center (Boardroom) 4305 E. Parham Road,Henrico VA 23228 and virtually via Zoom for the purpose of electing officers. You must have become a member by December 11th, 2023 to participate and vote in the officer elections on January 8th 2024.
Any person wishing to seek election as a voting member of the committee must complete and return the Reorganization Pre-Filing Membership Form no later
than 7.00pm on December 11th, 2023. You can fill out the Membership form and pay your dues here.
