Super Tuesday

Super Tuesday Volunteers Needed:

• Collect petition signatures to help our Democratic candidates get on the ballot - Tim Kaine (US Senate), Jennifer McClellan (CD4), Herb Jones (CD1) and Leslie Mehta (CD1). Democratic primary for CD1 will be June 18, 2024;
• Share HCDC info with Dem voters so they can stay engaged;
• Make sure voting goes smoothly!

Here’s what you need to know about logistics:

• Before Super Tuesday, you will need candidate petitions and a clipboard. Supplies will be available March 3 at Early Voting. Contact Anne Hayes to make other arrangements for pick up or delivery.
• You will need to have any petition signatures you collect notarized. Petitions can be turned in at the HCDC meeting Mon, March 11. A notary will be available at the meeting.
• Contact Anne Hayes to make other arrangements to notarize and turn in your petitions.
• You can bring a small table and chair to your precinct for petition signing but it's not required.
• Not all precincts are listed on the signup. Others may be added later.
• We do need a phone number to contact you quickly to troubleshoot issues on Super Tuesday.
• Dress for the weather, but if it's rainy or really cold we may cancel shifts.
