Varina Magisterial District Supervisor: Tyrone Nelson*
Brookland Magisterial District Supervisor: Danny Plaugher
Three Chopt Magisterial District Supervisor: Bob Shippee

Special Election: The Governor called for a Special Election to fill the vacated seat for House District 74 on Tuesday, July 21st. The 74th LNC voted to name Lamont Bagby the Democratic Nominee based on the June 9th primary results.

90 for 90

In honor of Henrico County’s Dr. William F. “Fergie” Reid’s 90th birthday and his long history of expanding voters’ rights, Virginians are committing to registering new voters for this year’s election.

If volunteers and candidates worked together to register 90 new voters in each of the Commonwealth’s precincts, our efforts would result in a quarter million new voters for the Old Dominion.

  • Candidate Training – Thinking About Running for Office? Here’s What You Need to Know -The Democratic Party of Virginia and Henrico Democrats hosted Candidate Training the weekend of Saturday, March 7th and Sunday, March 8th. We had 22 potential candidates and the sessions were a great success. Thank you to all who participated!
  • Henrico Democrats March Social – Presented by the Tuckahoe Magisterial District – We had a wonderful time and a large crowd at the March Social at Kickback Jacks. Thank you to the Tuckahoe Magisterial District chairs for all of their hard work in making this happen
