On June 8, the 7th Congressional District Committee chose Jack Trammell as our candidate. And we now know that the Republican candidate will be Tea Partier Dave Brat. Henrico Democrats Rides to the Registrar Program

New Voter ID Requirements that went into effect on July 1st require you to show a photo id when you go to vote this November. We are ready to help with our Rides to the Registrar Program.

Can you help drive voters to one of the Registrar’s offices in Henrico County? Please complete this form.

Do you or someone you know need a ride to the Registrar’s office? Please fill out this form and we will contact you to make arrangements to get your photo id so your vote will count in November and in future elections.

Need a Photo ID?

The Henrico County Office of Voter Registration and Elections is ready to help! Voters who need a valid photo ID can register for a free one at the following sessions:

•             Friday, Oct. 17, 10 a.m. to noon at North Park Branch Library, 8508 Franconia Road;

•             Friday, Oct. 17, 2 to 4 p.m. at Gayton Branch Library, 10600 Gayton Road;

•             Tuesday, Oct. 21, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Twin Hickory Area Library, 5001 Twin Hickory Road;

•             Thursday, Oct. 23, 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. at Glen Allen Branch Library, 10501 Staples Mill Road;

•             Friday, Oct. 24, 10 a.m. to noon at Sandston Branch Library, 23 E. Williamsburg Road.

Voters also may register for a free photo ID at the Office of Voter Registration and Elections’ locations at the Henrico Government Center, 4301 E. Parham Road, and the Eastern Government Center, 3820 Nine Mile Road. The offices are open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Volunteer for Phone Banking and Canvassing!

Virginia has elections every year! Go to our Volunteer page to see how you can help. Start today by signing up to make calls for the Coordinated Campaign Weekly Phone Bank for Senator Mark Warner and Jack Trammell.  Henrico phone banks will be held every Wednesday from 4:00 – 6:00 pm and from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the Richmond Office which is located at 2106 N. Hamilton Street, Richmond, VA (directly behind the SPARC office).
